Gale and Wanda Waters:

Gale and Wanda Waters, Owners of Memorial Funeral Home, met and married in Sylva, North Carolina. Gale Waters is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Tennessee and North Carolina, Wanda Waters is a Funeral Attendant. They have 3 children, the oldest a son: Andy (Melanie) Waters of Maryville, daughter: Melissa Waters of Sylva, NC, and daughter Trish (Jason) Wilburn of Seymour, grandson: Tyler Johnson granddaughters: Tori Madison Waters, Anna Elizabeth Waters, and Emma Gale Wilburn. Gale and Wanda Waters attend Zion Chapel Baptist Church in Louisville, where Gale is an ordained deacon. Memorial Funeral Home is a family owned and operated business.
Trish Wilburn:

Trish Wilburn is Gale and Wanda Waters youngest daughter. She began working for her family in August of 2006. Trish has since then completed her funeral director & embalmer apprenticeship and has been Nationally Certified by the Conference of Funeral Directors and Embalmers, and currently holds a Tennessee Funeral Director and Embalmer’s license. Trish is also a license preneed insurance producer. Trish and Jason were married in September 2007 and spent their honeymoon in Hawaii. They have a daughter Emma Gale Wilburn who was born in 2009.
Diane Burnette Hunter:

Diane is the daughter of Carolyn Burnette and the late Donald E. Burnette of Powder Springs, Tennessee. Diane was recently married to Jason Hunter on September 10, 2011 and they reside in Powell, Tennessee. Diane and Jason have two sons John and Brice.
Diane came to work for the funeral home in April 2010. Diane has since completed her funeral director & embalmer apprenticeship and has been Nationally Certified by the Conference of Funeral Directors and Embalmers. She currently holds a Tennessee Funeral Director and Emblamer’s license. Diane is a licensed preneed insurance producer and is the aftercare services coordinator.
Jody Manis:

Jody Manis has been in the funeral business for 20 years. He really enjoys working with families he serves, and helping them at their most difficult time in life. He has been married to his wonderful wife Karen for 13 years.
